Salary: 99,200 - $138,000 DOQ.

Duties include: managing development projects of highest complexity, including some long-range planning projects (housing transportation, and sustainability); general oversight and mentoring of other planners; managing updates to the Land Development Regulations, including consultants; researching and writing technical reports; presenting high-level projects to a wide variety of boards; maintaining good relationships with other departments and agencies; and supporting the Planning Director. Must be well-organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proud to adhere to the Town’s professional values. 

Minimum qualifications: An undergraduate degree (graduate degree preferred) in planning, architecture, landscape architecture, or a related field and eight years of progressively responsible experience in resort planning, urban design or related discipline with four of those years serving in a senior level position.
