The City of Waukesha is seeking a qualified consultant to prepare a full rewrite of its Zoning Ordinance, along with potential updates to associated code sections such as the Subdivision and Platting Ordinance and the Sign Ordinance.
The new ordinance will replace an existing code which underwent its last comprehensive update in 2001 and retains a general framework and many specific elements from the City's 1970's era code.
