As a part of Metro’s commitment to grow our housing portfolio to 10,000 units by 2031, Metro is launching an unprecedented opportunity for developers to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of housing in LA County. On behalf of Metro, we are excited to announce the release of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a bench of qualified developers to partner with Metro on 20 new development opportunities (“10K Sites”). The RFQ will help identify qualified developers with a track record of successful development projects and a deep understanding of planning, designing, financing, and community needs. Selected qualified developers will then be given the opportunity to respond to site-specific Requests for Proposals for each of the 10K Sites.

The RFQ and all application materials are available here
