The City of Greenville Planning and Development Services Department is seeking qualified consultants to work closely with and be responsive to the City Staff, a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Task Force, and the Planning and Zoning Commission on developing a process that will result in the development of an effective UDO. This will involve holding working meetings and educating the City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, staff, developers, and other stakeholders, and the general public about why the UDO is necessary, how the changes benefit the City, and the process for developing and implementing the UDO.

General Questions, Clarifications, & Requirements

1. Q: Will a cover page, table of contents, and tab dividers be excluded from the 20-page limit?

A: Yes.

2. Q: The RFP states that a cover letter is not included in the 20-page limit. Is the cover letter the same thing as the Letter of Transmittal that page 9 of the RFP mentions?

A: The Cover Letter and Letter of Transmittal can be treated as separate items.
