Planner

The Hillsborough County Community and Infrastructure Planning Department is seeking a Planner to join our team as we work on integrating transportation, land use and other infrastructure to build communities with a focus on plan implementation.  The ideal candidate will have an interest in progressive land use planning principles and the desire to work collaboratively with a team in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary department.  The position requires strong communication and organizational skills.   Experience with GIS, Sketchup and Adobe InDesign preferred.  Education requirements:  Graduate with a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning or a related field or a Bachelor’s with two years’ experience.
