Montrose County Master Plan Rewrite

The Montrose County Planning and Development Department is seeking proposals from experienced firms for the creation of a new Master Plan. The current Master Plan was written in 2010 and needs to be completely rewritten. Please read the entire RFP package and submit a bid in accordance with the instructions.
