Call for Entries: 9th Annual Awards for Excellence in Sustainability

The nomination period for the American Planning Association Sustainable Communities Division’s (SCD) 9^th annual Awards for Excellence in Sustainability is now open! The awards honor projects, plans, policies, individuals, and organizations whose work is dedicated to supporting sustainable communities.

This year, there are eight award categories, with several new and refined options:

• State or Regional Plan
• Community-wide Plan
• Sub-area Plan
• Environment, Climate, & Energy
• Quality of Life
• Policy, Law, or Tool
• Student Plan or Project
• Leadership in Sustainable Planning & Design
