Group sets out vision for city

A draft version of A Vision for Tulsa, which provides a detailed but plain-spoken explanation of what the city's updated comprehensive plan will include, will be put online Monday by PlaniTulsa. "If you just look at the headlines and you look at the pictures, you get the gist of it," said John Fregonese of Fregonese Associates, who is serving as the city's consultant in updating the plan.
