Hello! My name is Kristina Grochow, the Executive Administrator here at your local CertaPro Painters office in Carlsbad working primarily in Finance & HR. I have 15+ years’ experience working in many office roles from receptionist up to a management background in construction where I ran two local home remodeling stores in North County. Starting as an installation manager, I worked my up to be the owners’ right hand in running day-to-day operations of the business. My work history in the construction industry coupled with a heavy drive to become part of a well-oiled operation is what led me to join the Certa family.

I am 38 years young, originally from Washington state where my father taught us kids how to ride horses, get dirty, have fun but work hard. I relocated to San Diego at 13 years old. I fell in love with the variety of cultures, the beautiful beaches & weather. I carry the values of a country girl at heart but love living the fast-paced city life. After I graduated from high school, I graduated college with my HHP/Massage Therapy certification.
Eventually through life experience, I met my biggest blessing, my son. I enjoy spending time with my family & my fur baby, Nugget. She is a pit terrier with a personality of a HAM if a ham could have one! I love being outdoors or in the gym, listening to music, challenging myself to be the best version of myself in all aspects of life.
