​Salem is Oregon's capital city. Located on the I-5 corridor 47 miles south of Portland and 60 miles north of Eugene, Salem's 160,000 residents enjoy a high quality of life, excellent schools and diverse educational and employment opportunities. Multifamily vacancy stands below 2%, and convenient central Salem locations are in high demand. North Campus is a large redevelopment site in central Salem, a rare opportunity for developers and for the community. 

The 25-acre North Campus is located one mile east of major state offices and Salem's downtown core, and one mile west of Salem's main commercial corridor, along a major arterial with high frequency weekday transit.
