The RFP is available at www.neoscc.org or may be obtained at the NEOSCC office, 146 South High Street, Suite 800, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Respondents may also request an RFP by phoning NEOSCC at 330-375-2949. Proposals are due electronically to [email protected] on or before 5:00pm Wednesday, August 8, 2012.
