City of Seattle Request for Proposals - Center City AA Project

This AA project is funded in part by the Federal Transit Administration. This contract is estimated to be up to $900,000 and is for consultant services to develop and evaluate transit alternatives for Seattle's Center City that would connect the South Lake Union and First Hill streetcar projects. Tasks will likely include project management, developing an evaluation framework, reviewing existing data, developing alternatives and operating plans, forecasting ridership, estimating capital and operation costs, conducting an environmental analysis, evaluating economic development and affordable housing potential, developing a locally-preferred alternative, and public outreach.
