VIA of San Antonio, Texas, is seeking proposals for non-statutory professional services, to assist staff in the development of, and evaluation of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for transit supportive development, in support of VIA's recently completed 2035 Long Range Comprehensive Transportation Plan. The contract is expected to begin in the first quarter 2012. The contracted services will include 1) the development of two RFPs and the evaluation of RFP responses for specific development opportunities, on or near two currently identified transit project locations, and 2) assistance with the development of an RFP solicitation and the evaluation of RFP responses for a Master Developer, to address future development opportunities at other project locations.
