Market Study RFQ
Capital Area RPC
The Capital Area Regional Planning Commission (CARPC) requests qualifications from firms interested in being considered as consultants to prepare residential and commercial market studies. CARPC is the lead agency for Capital Region Sustainable Communities (CRSC), an initiative funded with a federal Sustainable Communities Regional Planning Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The market studies are a component of CRSC.
CARPC seeks firms that offer a multi-disciplinary approach that combines market analysis expertise, on a neighborhood to regional scale, with planning and design skills and experience, to identify planning and investment opportunities based on estimated demand for housing and commercial space in compact, walkable, mixed-use, and transit-friendly environments. The full Request for Qualifications is available at www.capitalarearpc.org.
