The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, California ("CRA/LA") plans to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) No. NP-13835 to qualified firms and/or formal coalitions of firms to provide program management services for the CRA/LA Commercial Retrofit Municipal Financing District Program (also known as "Energy Upgrade Los Angeles"). Interested and qualified firms, organizations, or consultants are directed to download RFP No. NP-13835 from the CRA/LA website at www.crala.org, which will be available ON or AFTER January 3, 2011.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on January 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., to be held at the CRA/LA Central Office, located at 1200 West 7th Street, 5th Floor, Conference Room 5058, Los Angeles, California 90017.
