City of Cincinnati Department of Planning & Buildings
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The project will implement Plan Cincinnati and provide complimentary planning activities that impact every facet of the built environment of Cincinnati. By collectively assessing the ways transportation, housing, economic development, urban design and environmental components impact development patterns, the development of the UDC will expand the analysis of recent planning efforts to ensure regulations and policies respond to local community needs and market realities while facilitating more sustainable development patterns.
RFQ Submissions
Written, sealed statements of qualifications must be submitted no later than January 18, 2011 @ 4:00 PM EST. Offerors should submit a signed original and ten complete copies of the statement of qualifications with all appropriate items and questions documented. All statements of qualifications must be complete, including cost information and with the signature of an Offeror's representative authorized to bind the company.
Statements of qualifications will be considered incomplete if they do not bear the signature of an agent of the Offeror who is in a position to bind a contract. The statements of qualifications can be withdrawn at any time, if requested in writing, until the deadline date, at which time it will be considered firm.
The Offeror assumes the responsibility for all costs incurred in responding to this RFQ. It is understood and agreed that the City of Cincinnati assumes no liability for the Offeror's costs incurred in responding to this RFQ.

Included in the proposal should be the name, address, and telephone number of the person who is responsible for presenting the proposal, if a presentation is required.
All Offerors will be subject to the provisions in the City of Cincinnati Municipal Code regarding the Equal Employment Opportunity Program contained in Chapter 325 (Ordinance 331-1999) of the Cincinnati Municipal Code and the Small Business Enterprise Program contained in Chapter 323 (Ordinance 335-1999) of the Cincinnati Municipal Code, and any applicable amendments thereto.
