The City of Buffalo Office of Strategic Planning requests qualifications from firms to complete a Citywide Land Use Plan and Zoning Code/Land Use Regulations Update. This effort will include activities needed for implementation, such as required environmental SEQRA/NEPA analysis, and formal adoption by required boards, including the Planning Board and Common Council. The City of Buffalo Office of Strategic Planning reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all submissions.
