The sealed Qualifications Statements are due at 4:00 P.M. PST, Monday, October 20, 2008 at the Omnitrans Metro Facility located at 1700 West Fifth Street, San Bernardino, California, 92411. Statements will NOT be publicly opened. Statements received after that time will not be considered and returned unopened.

There will be a non-mandatory, pre-submittal, information and networking conference, with a question and answer opportunity, on Friday, October 3, 2008 at 1:00 P.M.
