Developer Mercy Housing Lakefront selected a long-vacant Sears, Roebuck & Co. catalog printing building as the project site, and the Lofts on Arthington retain many of the industrial building's historic details. The development includes an onsite educational services space, where residents can enroll their children in prekindergarten services.
