WebsiteThe City of Piedmont requests proposals from qualified consultants or consultant teams to complete a housing element update, a safety element update, other related General Plan amendments, and related regulatory modifications, as required by State of California law, in a manner consistent with the Regional Housing Needs Allocation 6th cycle (RHNA 6) planning period (2023-2031).
You are invited to prepare and submit a proposal in response to this solicitation and request for proposals (RFP). The complete and detailed RFP is posted on the City Projects page (embedded link) of the City of Piedmont website. Inquiries should be sent via email to [email protected].

RFP Released: March 3, 2021
Pre-Bid Conference Call & Question Submittal: March 17, 2021 at 10 a.m.
Posting of Answers from Pre-Bid Conference: March 24, 2021 at 10 a.m.
Final Submittal: April 5, 2021 at 4 p.m.
Consultant Interviews: April 19, 2021, time TBD
City Council Authorization of Contract: May 3, 2021
Contract Execution/Kick-Off Meeting:May 20, 2021
