Crucial to the success of the model are the partnerships built among area service providers, employers, and educational and health institutions. A "community quarterback" organization helps to coordinate the collective effort of stakeholders to ensure effective programming that can make a substantial difference in the lives of families who call Columbia at Renaissance Square home.
