A new chapter of Detroit's development history is ready to begin, as six iconic projects head toward the finish line.
According to an article by John Gallagher, six new projects will add "iconic new landmarks to the city in short order," which "is likely to open a new chapter in Detroit's story."
"But it also illustrates that decades of efforts to revitalize the city have begun to pay off, at least in terms of producing the biggest development projects."
