RFQ for Professional Engagement Consulting Services for the City of Raleigh’s Planning Department
The City of Raleigh is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for consulting services with expertise in community engagement to assist the City Planning Department in its mission to engage the public in authentic and inclusive ways. The consultant will be expected to review in detail the current engagement practices of the City, research best practices from other communities and from the literature, make recommendations for how Raleigh can up its game with regards to community engagement, as well as train staff in the application of these recommendations. A public participation manual of templates focused on planning efforts will be the primary deliverable for this study.
